Head of IMF delegation in Bucharest, Jeffrey Franks said Saturday that representatives of international financial institutions have briefed President Băsescu in connection with options and necessary actions "to go ahead", saying that the institution believes Romania will register growth in 2011. "We had some intense discussions and hard" at Bucharest, but there is a good collaboration with the authorities and will reach an agreement, said prior to Saturday morning meeting with Traian Basescu, the IMF official.
